Return Policy
MinimalistCradle accepts returns on eligible items in order to support a fair and transparent shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us to request a return under the conditions stated below.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused or in acceptable resalable condition, and must include original packaging and all included components where applicable. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns may be declined if the item shows signs of misuse, intentional damage, abnormal wear, missing parts, incomplete packaging, or unauthorized return shipment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item resulting from our error. We recommend using a trackable return shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. The exact time for the refund to appear will depend on your financial institution or payment provider.
